• 15+ years in drinking water planning, design, client development, and project management.
• Bachelor’s degree in civil or environmental engineering; PE license preferred.
• Proven ability to build client networks and manage winning strategies.
• Strong communication and leadership, with experience in cross-functional teams.
• Experience growing programs in new or competitive markets and writing compelling content.

Responsibilities

• Incorporate HDR and Water vision to become industry leader in Drinking Water Market Sector.
• Serve as Client Manager for key Sector clients and be active in the industry.
• Lead pursuits, develop strategies, proposals, and interview preparation.
• Promote HDR services to Drinking Water clients across geographies.
• Support international growth in Canada, UK, and Australia with leadership teams.
• Develop client relationships, deploy capture strategies, and guide pursuits.
• Participate in industry associations and mentor others.
