Qualifications

• Minimum 20+ years of experience in drinking water planning, engineering design, client development, and project management.
• Bachelor’s degree in civil or environmental engineering is required.
• Professional engineering registration is required.
• Experience in development and management of strategic positioning and technical differentiation.
• Experience in growing programs in new or highly competitive markets and winning high-value contracts.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and implementation of business strategies across HDR drinking water markets.
• Serve as Client Manager for key clients and pursue leadership on select opportunities.
• Develop pursuit strategies, proposals, and interview preparation.
• Promote HDR services to Drinking Water clients across geographies.
• Support international growth initiatives and staff development.
