Qualifications

• Minimum 15+ years in drinking water planning and engineering design, client development and project management.
• Bachelor’s degree in an accredited civil or environmental engineering program.
• Professional engineering registration.
• Ability to develop and manage strategic positioning and client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Incorporate HDR and Water vision within the market sector to become industry leader.
• Serve as Client Manager for key clients and be active in the industry.
• Lead pursuits, develop capture strategies, and coordinate marketing of HDR services.
