This role partners with Market Sector leadership, regional groups, client managers, and Directors to drive top-line growth and strategic initiatives for drinking water services.

The candidate brings 15+ years in drinking water planning/engineering, strong client development and pursuit leadership, and a track record of growing programs.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in drinking water planning and engineering/design, client development, and project management.
• Proven ability to win contracts and grow programs in new or competitive markets.
• Self-starter with limited oversight and ability to motivate others.
• Deep knowledge of procurement of professional services in A/E/C industry.
• Strong network with clients and industry partners.

Responsibilities

• Incorporate HDR and Water vision to become market leader.
• Act as Client Manager for key clients and pursue leadership on opportunities.
• Develop pursuit strategies, proposals, and interview preparation.
• Promote HDR services across HDR geographies to Drinking Water clients.
• Support international market growth with leadership teams.
