HDR is seeking a Drinking Water Market Sector Business Development Director to lead the development and execution of growth strategies across HDR geographies. This senior role coordinates with Market Sector and Regional leaders to expand HDR's presence in drinking water markets.

You will serve as Client Manager for key clients, lead pursuit strategies, support cross‑sector collaboration, and mentor staff toward technical excellence and successful project delivery.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years relevant industry experience.
• Professional engineering registration.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
