Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil or environmental engineering and PE registration.
• Demonstrated ability to win contracts and build client networks.
• Strong written/verbal communication and travel willingness.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of drinking water market strategies across HDR geographies.
• Serve as Client Manager for key accounts and pursue drinking water opportunities.
• Guide pursuit strategies, proposals, and interview preparation with teams.
• Collaborate with leadership to grow HDR's market leadership and international reach.
• Mentor staff and support talent development within the Sector.
