Ideal candidates have 15+ years in drinking water planning/engineering, PE registration, and strong business development and leadership skills. Travel and active industry involvement are expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years relevant industry experience in drinking water planning and engineering.
• Bachelor's degree in civil or environmental engineering.
• Professional engineering registration.
• Strong business development and client relationships capabilities.
• Experience with sales strategies and pursuing high-value contracts.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of strategies to grow HDR's Drinking Water market sector.
• Serve as Client Manager for key clients and Pursuit Leader for opportunities.
• Support international growth in Canada, the United Kingdom and Australia.
• Develop staff and coordinate project delivery across the market sector.
