HDR is seeking a Drinking Water Market Sector Director to lead development and implementation of strategies across HDR geographies, coordinating with Market Sector leadership and client managers. This role shapes growth initiatives, pursuit strategies, and marketing opportunities while collaborating with regional leaders to advance HDR’s water business globally.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years in drinking water planning and engineering, client development and project management.
• Bachelor’s degree in civil or environmental engineering; professional registration preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to win contracts and develop client relationships.
• Experience with strategic positioning and market growth initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and implementation of strategies across HDR geographies.
• Serve as Client Manager for key clients within the Drinking Water Sector.
• Lead pursuit strategies, proposal development, and interview preparation.
• Collaborate with regional leadership to grow HDR services globally in drinking water.
• Mentor staff, manage talent recruitment, and drive technical excellence.
