Strong pursuit leadership and relationship-building are essential. Ideal candidate has 15+ years in drinking water planning/engineering, PE registration, and a proven track record of winning high-value contracts.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in drinking water planning/engineering or related fields.
• Bachelor’s degree in civil or environmental engineering.
• Professional engineering registration and strong client networks.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and implementation of business strategies for Drinking Water Sector.
• Serve as Client Manager for key accounts and Pursuit Leader on select opportunities.
• Collaborate across HDR geographies and with leadership to grow services.
