Job summary

Lennar, a leading homebuilder, is seeking a New Home Consultant to guide customers through the home buying process from first contact to closing. You will manage daily Welcome Home Center operations, process sales agreements, and close deals in line with business plans.

Responsibilities include engaging visitors, generating leads, understanding market products, and maintaining model homes with accurate records. Travel to communities and participation in events are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Real estate license preferred.
• Experience in homebuilding or real estate sales is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Engage visitors to understand home buying needs and apply Lennar's selling philosophy.
• Self-generate leads through community engagement and realtor partnerships.
• Develop knowledge of products, communities, and local demographics.
• Provide follow-through from initial contact to post-closing with accurate records.
• Participate in sales meetings, neighborhood promotions, and marketing programs.
• Maintain Welcome Home Center models and inventory homes.
• Complete required training and participate in community events and phone banks.
