D.R. Horton, Inc., America's Builder, is seeking a Sales Representative in Adams County to guide customers through the home-buying journey, from initial contact to loan closure, while delivering exceptional service.

You will source new leads, present design options, coordinate with realtors, and help maintain a productive sales pipeline. A valid driver's license and reliable vehicle are required.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or 2 years related experience.
• Must have a vehicle and valid driver’s license.
• Ability to use DRH Sales applications on mobile devices.
• Proficiency with MS Office and email.

Responsibilities

• Effectively communicate DR Horton’s value proposition, product vision and capabilities to potential customers.
• Uncover and understand customer goals and challenges then establishes DR Horton as the best solution available.
• Overcome objections and closes for the sale.
• Maintains accurate documentation of transactions from sale through loan, options, and construction.
• Continually source new sales opportunities.
• Creates and provides to management a marketing plan for establishing new customer relationships.
• Networks and performs outreach to realtors.
• Meets sales goals and works effectively with other team members.
• Maintains and expands database of prospects.
• Attend sales meetings.
• Develops and maintains good rapport with prospective customers, realtors, and team members.
• Executes policies to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Conducts all business in a professional and ethical manner to serve customers and increase goodwill and profit of the company.
