• Uncover goals and position DR Horton as the best solution.
• Overcome objections and close sales.
• Maintain transaction documentation from sale through loan and construction.
• Continuously source new sales opportunities.
• Develop and present marketing plans to establish new relationships.
• Network with realtors and manage time to meet sales goals.
• Build and expand a database of prospects.
• Attend sales meetings and collaborate with team.
• Develop rapport with customers, realtors, and team members.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and professional conduct.
