Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or 2 years related experience.
• Must have a vehicle and valid driver’s license.
• Able to drive day or night.
• Experience with DRH Sales applications or similar.

Responsibilities

• Manage the sales process and provide excellent customer service.
• Source new customers and help buyers find and design their dream home.
• Ensure a smooth sales process from sale through loan, options, and construction.
• Meet sales goals and work effectively with the team.
• Maintain and expand database of prospects and network with realtors.
• Attend sales meetings and develop rapport with customers.
