Job summary

Lennar is seeking a New Home Consultant to guide homebuyers from first contact through closing. You will engage visitors, build relationships, and drive sales using Lennar’s selling approach and local market knowledge.

This role requires proactive client management, strong communication, and the ability to work across teams to ensure a smooth experience. Regular in-person work at Lennar communities is required; the position emphasizes relationship-building, travel within the local area for lead

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree and real estate license preferred.
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in new home sales, real estate, or related field.
• Proven ability to build relationships and close sales.
• Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and sales tracking tools.

Responsibilities

• Engage visitors, establish relationships, and determine home buying needs.
• Generate, process, and close home sales via self-generated or referred leads.
• Provide consistent follow-through from initial contact through closing and post-closing.
• Maintain Welcome Home Center, model homes, and inventory homes; report maintenance needs.
• Travel locally to generate leads from Realtors/Co-Brokers and referrals.
• Develop knowledge of competitive market, products, communities, and trends.
• Monitor daily customer traffic using tracking tools.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth transactions.
• Participate in sales meetings, neighborhood promotions, and marketing initiatives.
