Qualifications

• Minimum of 1–3 years in new home sales or related field.
• Proven ability to build relationships and close sales.
• Strong communication, organizational and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Engage visitors and determine home buying needs using Lennar’s selling philosophy.
• Generate, process, and close home sales from leads, using the 10-5-2-1 selling approach.
• Provide timely follow-through from initial contact through closing and post-closing activities.
