Worth Ross Management Co. is seeking a polished Concierge to welcome residents at our luxury multifamily community in Downtown Austin. You will manage access, assist residents, and coordinate with guests and vendors while upholding privacy and exceptional service.

The role requires discretion, strong customer service, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-touch environment with flexible shifts, including mornings, evenings, and some overnight coverage.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in hospitality or luxury residential concierge preferred.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm, professional service to residents, guests, and vendors.
• Manage building access and guest/vendor check-ins.
• Assist residents with questions, requests, and vendor access coordination.
• Maintain confidentiality and uphold resident privacy.
• Respond to resident concerns and emergencies, escalating when needed.
• Log daily activity, packages, deliveries in BuildingLink.
• Contribute ideas to improve services and resident experience.
• Follow up with residents to ensure issue resolution.
