Worth Ross Management Company is seeking a polished Concierge to welcome residents and guests at our Downtown Austin luxury community. You will handle access control, vendor coordination, and deliver high-touch service while maintaining discretion and privacy.

Ideal candidates bring hospitality experience, strong communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Weekend availability and a professional demeanor are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in hospitality, luxury residential, concierge, or customer service preferred.
• Strong communication, discretion and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm, professional service to residents, guests, and vendors.
• Manage building access and guest/vendor check-ins.
• Assist residents with questions, requests, and coordination of authorized vendor access.
• Maintain confidentiality and uphold resident privacy at all times.
• Respond effectively to resident concerns and emergency situations, escalating when needed.
• Log daily activity, packages, and deliveries accurately in BuildingLink.
• Contribute ideas to enhance services and improve the resident experience.
• Support resident relations through timely follow-up and issue resolution.
