Worth Ross Management Company (WRMC) is seeking a polished Concierge for our luxury residential community in Downtown Austin, TX. You will greet residents, guests, and vendors, manage access, and be the trusted front-line contact.

The role requires discretion, superb customer service, and the ability to handle high-touch requests in a fast-paced environment. Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday, 4:00 PM–12:00 AM, on-site.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in hospitality or luxury residential concierge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm, professional service to residents, guests, and vendors.
• Manage building access and guest/vendor check-ins.
• Assist residents with questions and coordinate authorized vendor access.
• Maintain confidentiality and uphold resident privacy.
• Respond to resident concerns and emergencies, escalating when needed.
• Log daily activity, packages, and deliveries in BuildingLink.
• Suggest ideas to enhance services and improve resident experience.
• Support resident relations with timely follow-up and issue resolution.
