Worth Ross Management Company seeks a polished Concierge for a luxury residential community in Downtown Austin. You will greet residents, guests, and vendors, manage access, and serve as a trusted daily contact while upholding privacy and exceptional service.

Ideal candidates bring hospitality experience, strong communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Weeknights and weekends may be required as part of a full-time schedule.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior hospitality/concierge or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong customer service, discretion and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents, guests and vendors with warmth and professionalism.
• Manage building access and guest/vendor check-ins.
• Assist residents with questions/requests and coordinate authorized vendor access.
