Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day operational excellence of the shop.
• Manage flow of service ensuring safety, cleanliness, quality and speed.
• Help build and lead a high-performance team of hourly members.
• Assist with scheduling, onboarding, training and shop tours.
• Provide exceptional customer service and foster inclusive culture.
