Krispy Kreme Doughnut Corporation is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead daily shop operations and ensure safety, quality, and speed of service. The role partners with the shop leadership team to support overall operations and guest experience.

The successful candidate will have at least two years of relevant experience, including one year of supervising a team, with strong problem-solving and communication skills, and a commitment to an inclusive workplace. Travel is minimal.

Qualifications

• Two years of relevant experience in a retail/food service environment.
• At least 1 year of experience supervising a team of hourly staff.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to lead under pressure.
• Effective written and verbal communication for team and guest interactions.
• Commitment to nurturing an equitable, unbiased culture where employees feel valued.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day operational excellence of the shop.
• Manage the flow of service to ensure safety, cleanliness, quality, and speed.
• Help build and lead a high-performance team of hourly Team Members.
• Assist AM/GM with scheduling, onboarding, training, and shop tours.
• Provide exceptional customer service and foster a welcoming culture for all guests.
