Job summary

Krispy Kreme is seeking a Shift Supervisor in Columbus, OH to lead daily shop operations and ensure a WOW guest experience. You will oversee a shift, partner with the shop leadership team, and support where needed to keep the shop running smoothly and safely.

You will build and lead a high-performing team of hourly Team Members, help with scheduling and onboarding, and deliver exceptional service while promoting an inclusive culture. Wage is $16.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Two years of relevant experience.
• One year of experience supervising a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication.
• Commitment to nurturing an equitable, unbiased culture.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day operational excellence of the shop.
• Manage the flow of service to ensure safety, cleanliness, quality, and speed.
• Help build and lead high performance team of hourly Team Members.
• Assist AM/GM with scheduling, onboarding, training, and shop tours.
• Provide exceptional customer service to guests by nurturing a culture of inclusion.
