Job summary

Krispy Kreme Doughnut Corporation in Missouri is seeking Shift Supervisors to master their craft and drive everyday operations on the shop floor. You will oversee an assigned shift and partner with the shop leadership team to deliver a WOW experience for our customers.

You will lead a high-performing team, assist with scheduling, onboarding, training, and tours, and ensure safety, cleanliness, quality, and speed in service while nurturing an inclusive culture.

Qualifications

Two years of relevant experience.
One year of team supervision.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Effective written and verbal communication.
Commitment to nurture an equitable, unbiased culture.
Must be 18 years or older.
Travel 0-10%.
Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

Lead the day-to-day operational excellence of the shop.
Manage the flow of service with safety, cleanliness, quality, and speed.
Help build and lead a high-performing team of hourly Team Members.
Assist AM/GM with scheduling, onboarding, training, and shop tours.
Provide exceptional customer service and nurture an inclusive culture.
