Krispy Kreme in Toledo, Ohio seeks a Shift Supervisor to oversee daily shop operations and partner with the leadership team to deliver a WOW guest experience. You will manage team flow, uphold safety, cleanliness, quality and speed, and contribute to a collaborative work environment where teammates feel valued.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, coaching, scheduling support, and strong communication to empower a diverse team. This is a full-time on-site position with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Two years of relevant experience
• 1 year of experience supervising a team
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
• Has a steadfast commitment to nurture an equitable, unbiased culture where our peeps are empowered to showcase their originality.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Travel Requirements: 0-10%
• Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day operational excellence of the shop.
• Manage the flow of service to ensure the highest levels of safety, cleanliness, quality, and speed.
• Help build and lead high performance team of hourly Team Members.
• Assist AM/GM with scheduling, onboarding, training, and shop tours.
• Provide exceptional customer service to guests by nurturing a culture where all people know that their wonderfully original identities are welcomed & loved.
