Krispy Kreme Doughnut Corporation in Wichita, KS is hiring a Shift Supervisor to oversee daily shop operations and ensure a WOW guest experience. You will manage the flow of service, coach a team of hourly Team Members, and support scheduling, onboarding, and training with the shop leadership team.

You should bring at least two years of relevant experience, one year supervising a team, strong problem-solving and communication skills, and a commitment to an equitable culture.

Formación

• Two years of relevant experience.
• 1 year of experience supervising a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Commitment to nurturing an equitable, unbiased culture.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Travel Requirements: 0-10% (implicit)
• Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the day-to-day operational excellence of the shop.
• Manage the flow of service to ensure safety, cleanliness, quality, and speed.
• Help build and lead high performance team of hourly Team Members.
• Assist AM/GM with scheduling, onboarding, training, and shop tours.
• Provide exceptional customer service to guests by nurturing a culture where all people know that their wonderfully original identities are welcomed & loved.
