Job summary
Krispy Kreme is seeking a Shift Supervisor to oversee daily shop operations, ensuring safety, cleanliness, quality and speed while delivering a WOW customer experience. You will lead a team and partner with shop leadership to support growth and excellence.
The role requires at least two years of relevant experience and one year of supervising a team, with strong communication and problem-solving skills. Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the US. Weekly pay and benefits are included.
Qualifications
- Two years of relevant experience.
- 1 year of experience supervising a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities
- Lead the day-to-day operational excellence of the shop.
- Manage the flow of service to ensure safety, cleanliness, quality and speed.
- Help build and lead a high performance team of hourly Team Members.
- Assist AM/GM with scheduling, onboarding, training, and shop tours.
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests by nurturing a welcoming environment.
