Job summary

ICF is seeking an experienced Federal growth leader to drive digital modernization and AI-enabled solutions for DoT. This remote role requires regular travel to client sites, offices, and conferences, with responsibility for shaping, capturing, and winning large opportunities.

You will develop strategic pipeline, expand partner networks, and deliver growth across the federal marketplace, leveraging your deep DoT experience and executive-level communication skills.

Qualifications

• 10+ years selling and winning IT work in the federal market.
• 10+ years building and executing client call plans, shaping requirements, and leading business development strategies.
• 8+ years with contracts >$50M, including IDIQs.
• 8+ years DoT experience establishing partner and client relationships and selling digital modernization.
• 2+ years selling AI-enabled federal solutions.
• Strong presentation and communication skills, including executive audiences.
• Experience working with program teams to identify opportunities in related markets.
• Proven ability to present complex ideas to senior management clearly and decisively.

Responsibilities

• Identifies, shapes, and wins DoT digital modernization opportunities to enable YoY growth.
• Owns a 3-year growth plan and active pipeline management.
• Builds and sustains trusted relationships with customers to drive growth.
• Implements win strategies to grow revenue in short and long term.
• Leads capture on must-win opportunities and supports recompetes.
