Job summary

ICF is seeking a dynamic Capture Director to support our Digital Modernization Group. You will drive growth by developing strategy and leading capture efforts for our largest opportunities, aligning with senior leaders and pursing meaningful prime wins.

The role requires a proven track record in full lifecycle capture within the DoD and Civilian federal sectors. This position is based in the Washington, DC area with a hybrid work model, including a minimum of two days per week at ICF’s Reston,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 8+ years of capture-related experience.
• 5+ years managing the full capture lifecycle.
• Experience leading captures resulting in competitive prime contract / task order wins valued at $50M+.
• Experience utilizing Shipley-based capture methodologies.
• Experience working with the FAR.
• Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and drive capture strategy for ICF's largest, most strategic opportunities.
• Translate market intelligence into compelling capture strategies and winning proposals.
• Collaborate with ICF’s senior leaders to shape business growth and outcomes.
