Job summary

Ad Hoc LLC is seeking a Senior Director of Client Growth and Strategy, Federal Civilian, to shape and execute growth across federal civilian accounts such as HHS, IRS, NOAA and related agencies. The role combines executive-level client engagement, strategy development, and cross‑functional leadership to convert pipeline into bookings.

You will lead multidisciplinary pursuit teams, manage strategic relationships, and drive growth initiatives in a hybrid, nationwide remote-capable setup,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Significant experience in Federal Civilian growth, capture, delivery, or advisory services.
• Strong executive communication, relationship management, and negotiation skills.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams through complex federal pursuits.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic pursuits across the Federal Civilian portfolio.
• Develop capture strategies, win themes, and customer engagement plans.
• Grow pipeline and bookings through strategic account leadership.
