Job summary

Responsibilities include check-ins with Shift Supervisors, managing wake-ups, headcounts, meals, study time, and evening supervision; using boarding management systems; enforcing rules and documenting incidents;

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or in progress.
• Experience with students or youth in structured settings.
• Experience supervising students and enforcing expectations.
• Ability to manage groups and enforce expectations consistently.

Responsibilities

• Check in with Shift Supervisors at start/end of shift and complete reports.
• Carry out daily routines including wake-up, headcounts, and overnight supervision.
• Monitor student participation in after-school activities.
• Use boarding management systems to track attendance and movements.
• Supervise students in meals, classrooms, learning spaces, and activity areas.
• Enforce school rules and document incidents.
• Communicate with Residence Life team and school staff.
• Attend required staff meetings and lead student meetings.
• Monitor student sign-out procedures and verify visitors.
• Drive school vehicles for student activities, as needed.
