Job summary

Adams and Associates, Inc. seeks a Dormitory Supervisor to direct residential advisors on their shift, monitor dorm conditions, and coordinate activities. You will train staff, maintain student records, and ensure safety and well-being of students.

Strong communication with families and adherence to policy are essential. The role emphasizes customer service, reporting, and the ability to work overtime as needed while supporting a zero-tolerance approach to discipline and contributing to program

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Advanced degrees preferred.
Minimum of one year Job Corps or related program experience required.

Responsibilities

Directs and coordinates activities of residential advisors on assigned shift.
Supervise and control dormitory conditions; evaluate situations and make recommendations.
Assist in training and evaluation of residential staff; maintain records.
Communicate with families by mail and phone to resolve problems.
Maintain required student records and update center information system.
Provide positive customer service to students, staff and center customers.
Promote Zero Tolerance Policy and supervise safety and discipline.
Overtime may be required and regular attendance expected.
