Job summary

LifeSkills Connection Inc. is seeking a Residential Living Supervisor to oversee dormitory operations, student supervision, and safety. The role ensures a clean, orderly living environment and coordinates with counselors and staff to support student success.

The position requires experience with youth, a high school diploma or equivalent, and a valid driver’s license. Associate’s degree in human services is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year working with youth or related experience and/or training.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Associate’s degree in human services such as Social Work, Psychology, Sociology, Counseling, or related fields is preferred.
• Valid State Driver’s License with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Supervise dormitory operations and student activities to maintain safety and order.
• Provide supervision for cafeteria, laundry, activities, and other program areas as scheduled.
• Maintain communication with students’ counselors, instructors, and staff.
• Complete time sheets and maintain accurate CIS case notes and logs.
• Support training of student leaders and participate in center policy adherence.
