Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires a High School Diploma or GED and three years of supervising children in a caregiving capacity.
• Associate's Degree with one year of supervising children may substitute.
• Communication modalities may vary by placement.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and monitors student behavior and location, including enforcement of the Student Code of Conduct and documents discipline and injuries.
• Teaches personal hygiene, behavior, study habits, and independent living skills; helps with dorm maintenance and personal care.
• Ensures safety and security, reports unsafe conditions, administers basic first aid, and evacuates students in emergencies.
