Job summary

Serrato Corporation seeks a dormitory supervisor to oversee paraprofessional student support and performance duties for an orderly dorm operation. The role requires supervising students to maintain a safe environment and being available for any shift due to the 24/7 operation.

You will coordinate cleanup, safety, and program activities while collaborating with counselors and other staff. Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma, potentially an Associate's Degree in human services, and

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate's Degree in human services fields preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Supervise students to ensure a safe and secure environment.
• Schedule and supervise cleanup, and submit repair requests.
• Maintain communication with counselors, instructors, and staff; participate in trainings.
• Ensure buildings are secure and clean at all times; motivate students toward goals.
• Assist and train student leaders and participate in center activities.
