Job summary

LifeSkills Connection Inc. seeks a Residential Advisor (substitute) to supervise students and support dormitory operations in a 24/7 center.

You will ensure a safe, clean, and secure living environment, coordinate with counselors and staff, and manage routine duties during assigned shifts. The role requires at least one year of work with youth, a high school diploma or equivalent, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year working with youth.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate’s degree in a human services field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise dormitory residents to maintain a safe and orderly living environment.
• Schedule, supervise, and document clean-up, repairs, and maintenance requests.
• Coordinate with counselors, instructors, and staff; attend trainings as directed.
