Job summary

Serrato Corporation is seeking a Dormitory Supervisor to oversee daily dormitory operations and provide student support in a 24/7 environment. You will supervise residents, coordinate staff, and ensure safety and order across the center.

The role requires strong interpersonal skills, basic computer literacy, and a high school diploma with preferred human services education. This is a full-time, on-site position with benefits and opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• Ability to provide guidance and support to students.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Knowledge of residential living and dormitory procedures and practices.

Responsibilities

• Supervise dormitory operations and ensure safety.
• Schedule cleanup, repairs, and log maintenance.
• Coordinate supervision of cafeteria, laundry, and activities.
• Maintain logs and CIS entries with accurate notes.
• Transport students to activities as needed.
• Ensure buildings are secure and clean at all times.
