Job summary

Adams and Associates, Inc. seeks a dormitory supervisor to guide students toward positive living in the Job Corps program.

You will ensure safe dorm conditions, coordinate visits to counselors, and support daily operations and student records while promoting a zero-tolerance policy and high-quality customer service. Responsibilities include supervising dorm life, maintaining documentation, and assisting in career development services with a focus on positive peer leadership and safety for all

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; advanced degrees preferred.
• One year of Job Corps or related program experience required.
• Valid in-state driver’s license preferred.
• Physical requirements include sitting, standing, climbing, walking, lifting, pulling and pushing, carrying, reaching, stooping and crouching.

Responsibilities

• Guide students to maintain positive attitudes and proper behavior in dormitory living.
• Determine and arrange student visits to counselors.
• Assist in unit activities and government.
• Patrol and monitor dormitories to ensure safety and resolve issues.
• Prepare daily operations reports and administrative correspondence.
• Direct students and help with dormitory cleanup and safety.
