Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or GED and three years of supervision experience with children.
• Associate's degree is preferred but not required; appropriate caregiving experience may substitute.

Responsibilities

• Supervises 5–15 students on a dorm floor and reinforces the Student Code of Conduct.
• Teaches personal hygiene, independent living skills, study habits, dining and grooming habits.
• Ensures safety, reports unsafe conditions, administers basic first aid, and evacuates if needed.
• Leads leisure and cultural activities, assists with problem solving and behavior management.
• Maintains regular communication with parents and staff about student welfare.
