Carvana is hiring Customer Advocates with at least 2 years of customer-facing experience to join the fastest-growing used automotive retailer in U.S. history. We offer a starting hourly rate of $17 with growth potential and a program that increases pay every 90 days based on performance.

The role includes delivering vehicles to customers, loading/unloading with training, completing paperwork, and maintaining a safe driving record. Notary may be required within 90 days.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of customer-facing experience.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.
• Willingness to obtain a Notary within 90 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver vehicles to customers' doors with training provided.
• Load/unload vehicles onto hauler; inspect hauler for safety.
• Complete customer paperwork and maintain notes in tracking system.
• Drive safely and maintain a clean driving record.
