Job summary

Carvana is hiring Customer Advocates in Miami to deliver happiness in the car-buying process. With at least 2 years of customer-facing experience, you will drive vehicles, perform loading duties, and complete paperwork with meticulous notes in our tracking system.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of customer-facing experience.
• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Deliver vehicles to customers' doors via Carvana haulers and receive training.
• Load/unload vehicles and inspect hauler for safety.
• Complete customer paperwork and maintain notes in the tracking system.
• Maintain a clean driving record and follow Carvana policies.
