Job summary

Carvana is seeking Customer Advocates in Oregon with at least 2 years of customer-facing experience. You will deliver vehicles, assist customers, and handle paperwork, while maintaining safety and quality.

Shifts run 7 days a week with hours 7am-5pm, 9am-7pm, or 11am-9pm, and starting pay is $22/hour with growth opportunities. Benefits include healthcare, 401(k) with Carvana match, PTO, and opportunities for advancement through performance programs.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of customer-facing experience required.
• Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English.
• Physically capable of tasks such as loading/unloading vehicles and related duties.

Responsibilities

• Deliver vehicles directly to customers' doors with training provided.
• Load/unload vehicles onto/off haulers and inspect for safety.
• Complete customer paperwork and maintain notes in the tracking system.
• Drive safely and maintain a clean driving record per policy.
