Carvana is seeking Customer Advocates with at least 2 years of customer-facing experience to join our team in the United States. The role involves delivering vehicles to customers, loading/unloading haulers, and maintaining accurate customer records.

Training is provided for driving duties and notary eligibility can be pursued within 90 days. A competitive hourly rate with growth based on performance is offered.

Formación

• At least 2 years of customer-facing experience.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English.
• Willingness to work varied shifts and days including weekends.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver vehicles to customers' doors using Carvana haulers (training provided).
• Load/unload vehicles on the hauler and inspect for safety.
• Complete customer paperwork and update tracking systems.
• Maintain safe driving records and follow Carvana policies.
• Eligibility to obtainNotary within 90 days (sponsored by Carvana).
