Job summary

Carvana in Minneapolis is hiring Customer Advocates with at least 2 years of customer-facing experience to support people through the car-buying journey. You will help deliver happiness and reintroduce a smoother experience with the hauler team.

The role offers a starting hourly rate of $20, with clear progression to $22 and merit-based increases. Expect shift options, weekly coverage, and opportunities for professional growth through our Careers Not Jobs program.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of customer-facing experience.
• Must read, write, speak and understand English.
• Willing to work 7 days a week with rotating days off.
• Notary in local jurisdiction within 90 days of employment (sponsored by Carvana).
• Able to meet state DMV/title and registration requirements as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Deliver vehicles to customers' doors with training provided.
• Load/unload vehicles onto the hauler and inspect for safety.
• Complete customer paperwork and update the customer tracking system.
• Drive safely and maintain a clean driving record per CMV policy.
