Job summary

Carvana is seeking enthusiastic Customer Advocates for an on-site role in Wyoming, MI. The position requires at least 2 years of customer-facing experience and English proficiency, with training provided for vehicle delivery and hauler processes.

Starting pay is $17 per hour, with progression to $19 per hour based on performance and a merit-based Careers Not Jobs program that adds increases every 90 days. Hours are 11am–9pm, seven days a week, with rotating days off.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing experience (2+ years) is required.
• Must read, write, and speak English.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver vehicles to customers using haulers; training provided.
• Load/unload vehicles onto hauler and inspect equipment for safety.
• Complete accompanying paperwork and notes in the tracking system.
• Drive safely and maintain a clean driving record per policy.
