Carvana is seeking energetic Customer Advocates with at least 2 years of customer-facing experience to join a fast-growing, industry-leading car retailer. The role involves delivering vehicles to customers, loading haulers, handling paperwork, and maintaining safety along with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.

The position offers a starting hourly rate of $22 and a clear progression path up to $25 per hour, with merit-based increases and additional incentive programs across locations.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer-facing experience.
• Must read, write, speak and understand English.

Responsabilités

• Deliver vehicles to customers' doors using our car haulers (training provided, commercial license not required).
• Load/unload vehicles onto the hauler and inspect the hauler for safe operation.
• Complete customer paperwork and add notes in the tracking system.
• Drive safely and maintain a clean driving record per Carvana policy.
