Job summary

Carvana, based in New York, is seeking enthusiastic Customer Advocates to support the car-buying journey and deliver happiness to customers. The role requires at least 2 years of customer-facing experience and a commitment to service excellence.

Shifts run 7am-5pm, 9am-7pm or 11am-9pm with seven days of work per week and rotating days off. Starting pay is $22/hr with potential to grow to $25.25/hr plus comprehensive benefits and incentives.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of customer-facing experience.
• Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English.
• Physical ability to load/unload vehicles and perform demanding tasks.

Responsibilities

• Deliver vehicles to customers' doors using car haulers with training provided.
• Load/unload vehicles and inspect the hauler for safe driving.
• Complete customer paperwork and record notes in the tracking system.
• Maintain a clean driving record in accordance with policy.
