Job summary

Carvana is hiring Customer Advocates in the Miami area to deliver happiness and vehicle experiences directly to customers. The role requires a minimum of 2 years of customer-facing work and a strong command of English. You will drive, load/unload vehicles, and keep detailed notes in our tracking system.

Starting pay is $19–$21 per hour with growth opportunities based on performance. Benefits include healthcare, 401(k) with match, PTO, tuition reimbursement, and equity options.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of customer-facing experience.
• Must read, write, speak and understand English.
• Willingness to work a rotating 7-day schedule.

Responsibilities

• Deliver vehicles to customers' doors using Carvana’s hauler.
• Load/unload vehicles onto the hauler; inspect for safety.
• Complete customer paperwork and maintain notes in tracking system.
• Drive safely and maintain a clean driving record per policy.
• Possess/obtain state notary or required licenses within set timelines.
