Job summary

Carvana is seeking enthusiastic Customer Advocates in the United States. With at least 2 years of customer-facing experience, you will help deliver happiness in the car-buying process and support customers directly at their doors.

The role features a daytime-into-evening shift from 11am to 9pm and a weekly schedule that rotates days off. The earning potential starts at $18 per hour, with growth to $20 per hour within performance-based programs, plus benefits and advancement opportunities.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of customer-facing experience.
• Must be able to obtain Notary in local jurisdiction within 90 days of employment.
• Must satisfy state DMV/title and registration system rules.

Responsibilities

• Deliver vehicles to customers' doors with the hauler and training provided.
• Load/unload vehicles onto the hauler and inspect equipment for safety.
• Complete customer paperwork and maintain notes in the tracking system.
• Maintain a clean driving record and comply with CMV Driver Qualification policies.
