Carvana in Florida is seeking enthusiastic Customer Advocates with at least 2 years of customer-facing experience to join our rapidly growing team. You will help reintroduce happiness into the car-buying process and deliver vehicles to customers' doors.

Hours run 7am–5pm, 9am–7pm, or 11am–9pm, with 7 days availability and rotating days off. Starting pay is $19–$21 per hour with merit-based growth and various incentive programs.

Formación

• Minimum 2 years of customer-facing experience.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.
• Willingness to work 7 days a week with rotating days off.
• Ability to lift and move items and perform physical tasks.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver vehicles to customers' doors using Carvana's haulers.
• Load/unload vehicles onto the hauler and inspect for safety.
• Complete customer paperwork and update the tracking system.
• Maintain a safe driving record in line with Carvana's policy.
