Job summary

Carvana is hiring Customer Advocates to deliver happiness in the car-buying process. The role requires at least 2 years of customer-facing experience and focuses on customer service, safety, and efficient vehicle delivery.

The position offers a competitive starting pay of $17–$19 per hour with growth opportunities, a performance-based incentive program, and comprehensive benefits. Training is provided for drivers and paperwork handling.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of customer-facing experience.
• Able to work 11am–9pm with a 7-days-a-week schedule and rotating days off.
• Must pass drug test and obtain a DOT Medical Card; 21+ with a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Deliver vehicles to customers' doors using Carvana's haulers and receive training.
• Load/unload vehicles onto the hauler and inspect the hauler for safe operation.
• Complete customer paperwork and log notes in the tracking system.
• Drive safely and maintain a clean driving record per Carvana policy.
